Pilot proposition

Duration (calendar)

Scoped campus pilot of typically 8–12 weeks from kickoff through first aggregate review — this is pilot length, not student age. Exact calendar set at provisioning via the Institution Platform pilot quick-start. Participating students must meet JR’s 18+ Terms.

Student capacity

One defined cohort (programme, year, or campus) for the pilot. Cohort size is agreed at kickoff — not an unlimited seat dump.

Outputs

Branded student entry, join-code cohort linkage, aspiration pathways with evidence-backed readiness maps where published, milestone tracking, and k-anonymized cohort reports in the institution console.

Measurable outcomes

Agree up front: students joined, aspirations set, pathway / skill-gap activity, milestone completion. No employment or placement guarantees — and no invented institutional case studies.

Who the pilot is for

Career services offices, placement cells, academic departments, and administrators who need employability and skill visibility at cohort level — without building tooling in-house or inventing readiness scores.

What the pilot does

Student scope

A defined cohort (programme, year, or campus). Students get the same Student journey everyone else can use, plus institution linkage via join code.

Administrator experience

Institution console: branding, campuses, courses, cohorts, join links, and k-anonymized reports. Pilot quick-start exists in the portal for provisioning.

Student experience

Aspiration → target role → gaps → proof → learning → milestones → opportunities. Empty states when JR lacks published evidence — never filler plans.

Aggregate reporting

Cohort patterns for career services: activity, aspirations, readiness signals — not individual surveillance dashboards.

Implementation process

  1. Request a Campus Pilot. Structured partnership interest (LinkedIn sign-in, form, JR admin review) via Partners — or email if preferred.
  2. Provision the institution tenant. Branding, campuses, courses, and cohort join codes.
  3. Onboard students. Join link / code layers cohort membership on the free Student journey.
  4. Run pathways & measure. Aspiration and skill-gap activity; aggregate insight for your team.
  5. Decide next step. Expand cohort scope or continue conversation — no invented placement outcomes.

Privacy boundaries

Separate B2B tenant — institution data is not mixed into the consumer marketing surface
k-anonymized aggregates — reporting is designed for patterns, not individual student dossiers in career-services views
No fabricated institutional results — we do not publish fake university logos, placement percentages, or customer claims

How success is measured

Agree pilot success measures up front with your team (examples: students joined, aspirations set, pathway activity, milestone completion). JR does not claim employment or placement guarantees.

What we measure

Joined students, aspirations set, pathway/gap activity, milestones. Not placement guarantees or invented readiness scores.

Campus pilot FAQ

What is a Job Resiliens campus pilot?

A scoped Institution Platform engagement: branded student entry, join-code cohorts, aspiration pathways with AI readiness maps where evidence exists, milestone tracking, and k-anonymized aggregate reporting for career services. Outcomes are not invented or guaranteed.

How does student privacy work?

The Institution Platform runs as a separate B2B tenant. Aggregate reports use k-anonymized cohort data — patterns for career services, not individual student surveillance.

Do you invent readiness scores for degrees?

No. AI benefit and plan items appear only when a target role matches published task breakdowns. Missing coverage shows an honest empty state.

Does 8–12 weeks mean student age?

No. 8–12 weeks is the typical campus pilot calendar length. Participating students must be 18+ under Job Resiliens Terms. There is no self-serve product for K–12 or minors.
